- I was only allowed to play 1 stage of Zooba Island. Why?
As an unregistered user, you can only play 1 stage of each Zooba Island Game. Registered users can play all stages once a day for free! However, to get full access to all the games, we recommend that you obtain an authorization code by purchasing a Zooba Island Credit.
- What is the authorization code?
An authorization code is sent to users who purchase Zooba Island Credits. This one time purchase will enable UNLIMITED access to all stages of the Zooba Island games!
- What do I get when I purchase a Zooba Island Credit?
In addition to unlimited full access to all Zooba Island Games, players that buy the Zooba Island Credit will get additional bonus items that will be useful when Zooba World is fully launched!
- How much is the Zooba Island Credit and how do I purchase the credit?
The cost of 1 credit is currently SGD$28. You get more value if you purchase more credits. Please go to the payment page to purchase a credit.
You will need a credit card or a Paypal account to complete the purchase. If you have trouble making the purchase, please contact us through telephone or email (details at the bottom of the page).
- I made the payment, but I did not receive any authorization code. Why?
There are 2 possible reasons for this. The first possible reason is that Paypal did not redirect you to our 'Thank you' page after you made payment. Please contact us (details at the bottom of the page) and provide us with the Paypal receipt number, and we will send you an authorization code immediately.
The second reason is that the email with the authorization code was sent to you, but the email was redirected into your 'Junk' or 'Spam' folder. Please check that folder for the email with the authorization code.
